Can actually be good for you If it's the right type. As always, we are aiming for as close to nature intended as possible. This type of REAL salt is good for your body. But not in excessive amounts, it is good for you as part of a balanced healthful, whole foods diet. If you still eat packeted, processed foods you'll be getting heaps of the chemically altered salt, in which case you're just overloading your body with excess salt (from processed and packeted foods, plus what you put on your meals). |
