Strawberry and Banana Bliss Smoothie
(Paleo, Vegan, GF, DF, RSF)
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 banana fresh or frozen
1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup each
-Almond milk (Unsweetened)
-Coconut milk
1 tsp. of vanilla essence
Optional: Can substitute in other frozen or fresh berries and vanilla protein powder if you can tolerate whey protein. If you desire a less creamy consistency use 1/4 cup of each milk and top up with water/coconut water.
Method:
Place all ingredients in Nutribullet/Blender and blast/blend until smooth, pour into glass and drink immediately.
