How to really listen in to your body's communications:
- Stop, take a moment and tune in to how your body is feeling.
- How are you feeling in your body? Listen in, what is it trying to tell you?
- Reconnect and rebalance.
- Is it asking for more or less of something?
- Increase your awareness, consider: how is this affecting me?
- How is this showing up in my body?
- Then adjust accordingly.
