Lamb Burger Patties
(Paleo, GrF, egg-free, GF, DF, RSF)
Makes 10 large patties
Ingredients:
1kg-1.5kg Lamb mince
Small handful of rosemary, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
1-2 Tbsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper
Method:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, massage together with your hands until mince holds together when squeezed into a ball. If you massage long enough not only will the flavours be deliciously distributed but there is no need for eggs or breadcrumbs etc. as the sinews in the meat start to break down making it sticky.
Shape into palm sized patties and cook on a bbq.
We served ours with smashed avocado, sliced tomato, red onion, leaves, cheese for Andrew, and mayonnaise. So delicious!
