1. Who do you work with?
I work with women, men and their families. Change makers who are ready to take the next step and transform their health, happiness and lives. I help people to bridge the gap between where they're at and where they'd like to be in all areas of their lives.
2. Who isn't your coaching for?
People who aren't ready to accept help, who aren't committed to changing their lives and don't want to invest in themselves.
3. What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness coaching with me is about so much more than just learning about health, happiness and how you can achieve wellness. There are no lofty or plan-less goals here. It's about creating YOUR happiest, healthiest life. It is not a one size fits all model. I believe we are truly healthy and "well" when we are taking care of ourselves holistically- mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally this allows you to step into your power, live your purpose and have a phenomenal life. We'll work it out together step by step so you can live and embody the awesome state of holistic health and the incredible, life-altering changes it makes.

4. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes indeed, once you have purchased a session or package just email me and I'll send a pdf gift voucher to you, if you are located in Australia I will post you a gift voucher.
5. Can we have our coaching sessions in person?
Absolutely! If you live in Perth, Western Australia I will happily meet you face to face for our coaching sessions.
6. What's your coaching style?
I will give you a push when you need it, be gentler with you when you need that and I will always hold up a mirror for you showing you where you're at and where you can be. I will see your light and capabilities always, remind you of them when you forget and never stop believing in your ability to grow, develop and make changes to up-level your life, health and happiness.
7. I'm in a different time zone, can we still work together?
Yes we can, just let me know which one you're in and we'll set up a meeting. If you are unable to book a complimentary Health Awareness Session- that's not the middle of the night where you are- just contact me and we'll work it out.
8. What is asked of me as your client?
All I ask is that you commit yourself 100% to this journey and our work together. If you show up and do the work between sessions I know we'll accomplish incredible things together.
9. What's included in email support?
You have access to my inbox any time you need guidance, support, encouragement or accountability between our sessions. You can expect a reply from me in 24-48 hours.
10. Will I have to do homework?
Yes you will be required to complete certain tasks, worksheets and activities between sessions, this is to help you overcome what is holding you back so you can grow, develop and advance between out sessions. It will also make our time together all the more valuable.
11. How will I know if we're right for each other?
Let's not guess...book a complimentary Heath Awareness Session and we can see if we're a great fit. I'll help you to decide if working with me is the best possible choice for you.
12. My question wasn't answered here....what now?
I'll happily answer it during your Health Awareness Session, having difficulty booking in? Just get in touch with me and I'll be sure to answer it as best I can.

I know…I hear you. You’re thinking:
- “Getting healthier seems like a lot of time and effort is required”- I can help you make small changes that won’t feel effortful, when you truly feel you deserve to be health, happy, well and empowered, taking care of yourself will cease to feel difficult.
- “I don’t have enough money”- Our beliefs about money massively impact our relationship with it and how it blooms or dries up in our lives, which leads to..
- “It’s too expensive”- It can be scary to invest in yourself, to take a chance and be vulnerable, but the time and heartache you’ll be saved will be worth it 1000x over. My mentors have saved me incredible time, money and pain trying to figure it all out alone on Sophie-island. You don't have to figure it all out alone...Let’s work it out together.
- “I’m sure I can work it out on my own”- Yes you probably could figure it all out on your own, but why wait to feel incredible? Having someone to guide, support and motivate you will get you there so much faster. What are you waiting for?
- “I’m already so busy, I don’t have enough time” -If it’s important enough to you you’ll make the time, if not you’ll make an excuse.
- “I already know what I need to do” -That’s fantastic: having the awareness and insight to see the areas of your life that are out of balance and deserve your attention is wonderful, but what are you doing about it? Just feeling overwhelmed? How’s that going for you?
- “I’ll get onto it next week, month, year”- Perhaps you will, but more likely without someone to support, guide and motivate you you’ll just put it off more. We all need someone who holds us accountable to achieving what we desire most. Let that someone be me.
- “My life is fine, it doesn’t need to be extraordinary”- We all get lulled into this belief from time to time- that near enough is good enough, that extraordinary is for other people- not us. But it does not serve us at all. To quote Marianne Williamson “your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We were all born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone.”
- “I’m not worth it, I should spend that money on (bills/life expenses/save it for a rainy day) instead”- I hear that fear, that belief, I remember feeling that way once too. Self-love and acceptance is a journey that begins with acknowledging that something needs to change, it’s the first part of stepping into your power. Let me hold your hand as you do, it would be my honour.
