Chai Chiller Smoothie
(Paleo, Vegan*, GF, DF, RSF)
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp. vanilla essence
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 -1tsp. ground cardamom
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg ground
1/4 tsp. allspice
Generous squirt of honey 1-2 tsp. (*Substitute other sweetener for Vegan)
Optional: ½ tsp. maca powder
Method:
Place all ingredients in Nutribullet/Blender and blast/blend until smooth, pour into glass and drink immediately.
